At Theloue Luxe Oil, your satisfaction matters to us. We create handmade, high-quality hair and body products with love and care.

Because our items are personal-use beauty products, certain rules apply for hygiene and safety.

  1. Returns: We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. 
  2. To qualify for a return: The item must be unused and unopened, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, you must provide a photo or video showing the damage/defect

We do not accept returns for: Opened or used products, non-defective products, items damaged by the customer

2. Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for the following reasons: You received the wrong item, the product arrived damaged,the bottle/container is defective

Exchange requirements: Item must be unused and in original packaging, request must be made within 7 days of delivery

3. Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

4. Return Shipping: If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
